We’ve resolved on of the more vexing issues we encounter when it comes to the inspector-contractor interface of a raingarden project. We now use wooden stakes driven into the soil at elevation points of reference to establish an ease-of-verifying benchmarks for the Seattle Public Utilities Rain Wise program inspectors.
