Design

Our design services are informed both by our experience and your vision for your project.  We begin with a meeting where we’ll get to know you and determine the scope of your project. Moving forward, we’ll shape a workable plan for the project through progressive design meetings. Throughout the design process, we welcome your thoughts, input and feedback. We are always able to work within a range of budgets to create beautiful, functional and environmentally minded landscapes.

Installation

Typical phases of installation may include excavation, soil testing, soil amendment, stonework, carpentry, planting, irrigation and lighting. We can build and install from our own plans, or another landscape design. We carefully monitor the installation to ensure it is completed as specified and make any necessary adaptations along the way.

Rain Gardens and Cisterns

We’re proud to be trained installers of the Seattle Public Utilities Rainwise program’s Rain Garden installations. We currently have over 175 completed Rain Garden projects in Seattle. Several of our projects have been featured in the program’s garden tours and in local media. We can assess if your property will comply with the program regulations and guide your project through the stages from design to installation.

Cost Framework

We are able to contract small projects with a fixed price quotation – the cost of each project has been carefully considered so you will know the approximate cost of your project before it begins. For projects with complex timelines and other trades involvement, we’ll bill hourly.
